Admission to MBA programs:

Our service of providing feedback on your application(s) as well as prepping you for interviews does in no way guarantee admission to any business schools you used our service for. We take no responsibility whatsoever if you are rejected by MBA programs for which we previously reviewed your application(s) or gave you interview preps.
 
Application reviews:

The minimum donation amount for an application review is $250 USD. A package review including a second review of the same application is available for $325 USD (see below). On average, an initial review of an application takes 3-4 hours (essays & resume). You will receive a word document for each application with feedback on the following points:

1. Estimated overall level of re-working/modification required by applicant
2. General comments on target school
3. Resume assessment
4. Essays readability assessment
5. Essays content assessment (Coherence, Differentiation, Clarity)
6. Strengths of application
7. Weaknesses of application
8. Other advice and observations

Please note that we will not write any parts of the application for you or tell you what to write.
 
Re-reviews of application(s):

You may re-submit the same application after you have made changes only once. In this case please use our package review service ($325 USD minimum donation) which includes a second review of the same application. You can't use the second review for another b-school application. It's up to you if you think a second review is worth it. Maybe your re-submitted application is perfectly fine!

Ding analysis:

A "ding analysis" is a review of a rejected application. This service is only beneficial for applicants who would like to understand more as to why they were rejected - though we cannot always give a concrete answer to this. Only re-applicants who want to re-apply to the same school during the next application season should consider a ding analysis. The same minimum donation of $250 USD is required and the same feedback is provided as for a regular application review (see above).

Interview preps:

The minimum donation for interview preps is $150 USD. You will interact for 45 minutes with one of our volunteers over the phone or Skype. We recommend using Skype with video functionality, as this service is free for both parties involved, plus we may get to see you dressed up in your suit! :-) If you decide to interact over the phone you will need to call your interviewer at your own cost.
 
Maximum number of applications submitted:

Any applicant can only submit a maximum number of three applications with one re-review per application (e.g. an HBS, Kellogg, and Columbia application, with the option of a one-time second review for each school by using our package review). Interview preps are limited to three as well. This is to ensure that our service does not influence your applications too much.

Confidentiality:

Your application(s) are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

Turnaround time:

When initially contacting us about our availability we typically get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you made your donation and submitted your application materials, please give us 4 days to get back to you with our feedback. Please also allow for a 4 day time frame to schedule an interview prep. At times (e.g. during exam periods) we may need longer, so please inquire ahead of time. In order to incorporate our feedback for application reviews, we recommend that you leave at least 2 days in between the date you receive our feedback and an application deadline. In general, the earlier you contact us the better for all parties involved!
